It’s worthwhile checking out the whole article. Scientific proof (sort of) that multitasking isn’t the best option.

To really be the best and make an impact, you need to focus on one thing and not spread yourself too thin. If you’re doing something you’re passionate about (if you’re not passionate about it, you’re probably going to struggle to succeed as well, but that’s another topic for another day), you shouldn’t let yourself be distracted by other tasks.

I love the quote from Einstein that the article used. “Any man who can drive safely while kissing a pretty girl is simply not giving the kiss the attention it deserves.”
