Following the lead of Scott Adam’s “Inventing the Already Invented” and “Another Already Invented Invention“, here’s my idea.
On my way out today, saw someone cycling in the rain. He was cycling with one hand and holding the umbrella with the other (as a lot of cyclists do). And I was wondering, given how small umbrellas can get today, shouldn’t it be very possible (and not very hard) to build an umbrella into a bicycle (or at least an umbrella holster). Such that the umbrella is attached to the bicycle, and doesn’t require the cyclist to struggle with cycling with one hand and holding an umbrella in the other. It would make it a lot more convenient as well, don’t you think?
Does something like that exist already? If so, anyone have a link?
