Good point, but as you said, the same applies.

I have no idea about how much he’s being paid and all. Nothing’s been revealed about that. But based on history, I think Manchester United would have offered him more, or at least no less than Arsenal.

mmm.. I view Ramsey as an employee rather than as a customer to Arsenal. but i guess the same applies.

Treat your employees (both prospective and current) as well as you can, no matter who they are. Talk to them openly and honestly, and listen. Provide what is best for them personally, make it as personalized and unique to them as possible…. and htey are more likely to come to you.

thats how companies attract and retain talent.

what was his promised remuneration anyway .. as compared to man u’s offer
