		<description>Yeah, definitely it depends on your goal.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I would argue that having volume doesn&#039;t necessarily come first. If you make the right connections from the start - approach the right people - the volume will come more easily after that.</description>

I think to a certain extent, having volume comes first, it helps establish credibility that you are making an effort to connect with others. From there you can start making personal and professional connections and focus on quality. Where that tipping point is, is up to you!</description>
