I just attened a HOA meeting tonight (Home Owners Association) and the way these people act you would think they are trying out for reality T.V. Anyone else live in a HOA community, what are your stories?

Well, in that case, wouldn't a simple directory suffice?

And yeah, while I do see where you're coming from, the value that provides is more for people looking for a blogger - PR people from companies, etc. But for the average blogger out there, does that really provide that much value?

Hmmmm ... for perhaps very different reason, I really think the Association is an excellent idea. Right now, for the rest of the people who are not clued in on bloggers or their blogs or their dishevelled community, there simply is no easy or convenient way to find their way around.

If they needed to find a particular kind of blogger, they would ask the obvious blogger they know, and that could mean that, that particular blogger become the unofficial contact person for every other blogger. Step in the association, and it would be an easier task.

hummmm ... let's re-think and discuss this again ... when you are back to blogging? ;)

hehe,
Sham

Xin Nian Hao!

Glad you are back. Else I would not know that there is an association set up.
What ever the association for. The readers takes what they read with discretion.
